Account deletion

Delete your account in ListRerun

1. Open ListRerun and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Navigate to Settings → Delete Account.
3. Choose Keep on This iPhone or Delete from This iPhone Too.
4. Read the confirmation explaining account deletion and your local-data choice. Choose Cancel to stop, or Delete Account to confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.
5. Stay online for the account-deletion request and status check. If interrupted, follow the app’s status and retry instructions.

If you cannot access the account or deletion controls, email listrerun@gmail.com for help. This website cannot delete your account directly.

Choose what happens to local checklists

Keep on This iPhone: after account-data deletion is confirmed, the account’s ordinary checklists, saved runs, personal templates, and relevant favorites stored on this iPhone move into On My iPhone (Guest). This includes checklists previously saved from AI drafts. Only content already stored on this device can be kept.

Delete from This iPhone Too: that account’s ordinary local checklists, saved runs, personal templates, and favorites are removed instead. Existing Guest content and other accounts’ content stay in place.

Both choices remove that account’s local AI drafts, saved AI requests, sharing permission, and session. Keeping ordinary checklists does not keep editable AI drafts or server AI recovery results.

Cloud Sync is not implemented. Account deletion does not copy data from or remotely erase other devices.

Account data, Google access, and backups

Account deletion removes the Supabase authentication account and its associated server AI recovery results, usage, and access records. Restricted deletion jobs and receipts remain to recover interrupted operations and check completion.

Deleting your ListRerun account does not delete your Google account or automatically revoke Google browser authorization. You can separately manage ListRerun’s access in your Google account connections. Apple Sign-In is not currently enabled.

Account-data deletion and removal of any provider authorization are separate. Service logs, infrastructure backups, third-party records, and data on other installations are not immediately erased by this process. No fixed deletion deadline or complete immediate erasure is guaranteed.

If deletion is interrupted

The app retains a private recovery record with your local-data choice so it can check the same operation again. A network error or expired sign-in session is not proof of deletion. Once account-data deletion is confirmed, local cleanup can be retried; provider status is checked separately.
